Singer/song writer Ervin “El Boricua” Rosario continues to bring you his original style of salsa songs that defines his personality as well as his Puerto Rican roots. Ervin and his producer Carlos “Cuto” Soto have put together a group of world known musicians such as percussionist Tito De Gracia, pianist Eric Figueroa, bass player Carlos “Cholito” Martinez, trumpet player Yturbides Vilchez among many others. His music is not only great for dancing; but for listening as well. Those who are still enjoying his first album “De Corazon” will definitely love this song and his upcoming new album which it will be titled “Aqui Te Canto”. Ervin “El Boricua” Rosario was born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico. He played Latin percussion (conga, bongo, timbal) and sang with various salsa and Latin jazz groups in Europe and California. He started writing songs and had his own salsa orquestra in which two of his singers were Luis Acosta and Mel Martinez. He had the honor to performed with Max Torres, the late Marvin Santiago, and Gonzy Figueroa. He also played percussion and sang on the Award Winning San Jose State University Latin Jazz Ensemble (SJSU LJE) album “Moment in Time”.
